I come from a humble background, and my journey to becoming an IAS officer was not easy. I had to work hard and stay focused to achieve my goal. My motivation was to make a difference in the lives of people and serve the nation.
My study plan was to cover the entire syllabus in a structured manner. I divided my time into three phases: Phase 1 - Prelims, Phase 2 - Mains, and Phase 3 - Interview. I created a schedule and stuck to it, making sure to allocate sufficient time for each subject.
The biggest challenge I faced was balancing my studies with other responsibilities. I had to juggle my work, family, and social life while preparing for the exam. Time management was crucial in overcoming this challenge. I learned to prioritize my tasks and manage my time effectively.
My strategy was to focus on understanding the concepts rather than just memorizing them. I used various study materials, including NCERT books, standard textbooks, and online resources. I also joined a coaching institute, Vajirao & Reddy, which provided me with valuable guidance and support.
The interview was a challenging experience, but I was well-prepared. I had practiced answering common interview questions and was confident in my abilities. My key to success was to stay calm and composed during the interview. I answered each question to the best of my abilities, and my passion for public service shone through.
Securing Rank 626 in the UPSC CSE 2022 exam was a dream come true. I was overjoyed and proud of myself for achieving my goal. My advice to aspirants is to stay focused, work hard, and never give up on their dreams. With determination and perseverance, anyone can achieve success in the UPSC CSE exam.
