I come from a middle-class family in Delhi, and my parents always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. I was fascinated by the idea of civil services from a young age, and I knew that I wanted to make a difference in the country. I graduated from Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
My study plan was quite rigorous, and I used to study for around 10-12 hours a day. I started preparing for the exam 2 years before the actual date, and I made sure to cover all the topics thoroughly. I used to take mock tests and practice previous year's papers to get a sense of the exam pattern.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was staying motivated and focused. There were times when I felt like giving up, but I pushed myself to keep going. I also faced challenges in understanding certain topics, but I made sure to seek help from my teachers and mentors.
My interview experience was quite smooth, and I was able to answer all the questions confidently. I made sure to be myself and not try to be someone I'm not. I also made sure to be prepared for any question that might be asked.
Securing rank 204 in the CSE 2022 exam was a dream come true for me. It was a result of my hard work and dedication, and I feel proud of myself. I would advise all aspirants to stay focused and motivated, and to never give up on their dreams.
