I come from a humble background in Ajmer, Rajasthan. My family always encouraged me to pursue my dreams, and I was determined to crack the UPSC CSE. I completed my 10th at ALL and then went on to pursue my further education.
My study plan was quite rigorous. I started preparing for the UPSC CSE from the beginning of my graduation. I would wake up early every morning and start studying. I would cover all the subjects, including current affairs, history, and geography. I would also give myself regular breaks to avoid burnout.
The biggest challenge I faced was managing my time effectively. I had to balance my studies with my other responsibilities, including my job. I also had to deal with self-doubt and anxiety, which were common during the preparation period.
I used various strategies to overcome my challenges. I would make a schedule and stick to it. I would also practice mindfulness and meditation to manage my stress levels. I would also seek help from my friends and family when I needed it.
The interview experience was quite nerve-wracking for me. I was asked a variety of questions, including current affairs, history, and geography. I was also asked to give my opinion on various topics.
I was overjoyed when I received the news that I had secured AIR 195 in the UPSC CSE. It was a dream come true for me. I had worked hard for it, and it was a testament to my dedication and perseverance.
