Background
\n\nI come from a family of modest means, and my parents always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. I was fascinated by the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and the impact it has on the country. I knew that becoming an IAS officer would require dedication, hard work, and perseverance.\n\n### Study Plan \n\nMy study plan was a mix of online and offline resources. I used to spend around 8-10 hours a day studying, with a focus on current affairs, history, and geography. I also used to attend mock interviews and group discussions to improve my communication skills.\n\n### Challenges \n\nThe biggest challenge I faced during my preparation was time management. With a busy schedule and limited time, it was difficult to balance my studies and other activities. I also faced self-doubt and anxiety, which affected my motivation and confidence.\n\n### Strategies \n\nTo overcome these challenges, I developed a few strategies. I prioritized my studies, focusing on the most important topics and subjects. I also created a schedule, allocating specific times for studying, exercising, and relaxing. Additionally, I practiced mindfulness, meditating and engaging in yoga to manage my stress and anxiety.\n\n### Interview Experience \n\nThe interview experience was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating. I was well-prepared, but I still faced some unexpected questions. I tried to stay calm and composed, thinking on my feet and responding confidently. The interview panel was friendly and supportive, which made the experience more enjoyable.\n\n### Success \n\nSecuring AIR 423 was a dream come true. It was a culmination of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I realized that success is not just about achieving a goal, but also about the journey and the lessons learned along the way.
